I have weighted the data in a small way to make it more accurate by eliminating homes sold under $100,000 and over $800,000.

Do you know what caused the decline in the sales of sequim homes?
What caused the decline? The majority of Sequim buyers are from outside our area, and many are from California and Arizona. When the real estate market slows for sellers in those areas, Sequim gets hit hard, since buyers must put their decision to buy and move here on hold.
