This means we have a more stable economy because of all the related service industries supporting a large retirement population, and we have a stable real estate market with very few foreclosures.

After extensive long-term demographic studies, these large corporations have all the proof they need that Sequim is the best community in which to invest millions of dollars because of the high expectations for the future economy of Sequim.
