The City of Poulsbo is an amazing little town, although compared to Sequim, it is not so little. Poulsbo is about an hour’s drive from Sequim. It was a Sunday afternoon, and the sun was out, and it was a gorgeous day. So I took a drive to Silverdale, ate lunch at the Olive Garden, and on the way back to Sequim I stopped at the Poulsbo Marina downtown Poulsbo, which is right on the waterfront. I only had my iPhone with me, but I decided to take some photos and video as I walked around. This video is my idea of an enjoyable Sunday afternoon. Poulsbo is Fun to Visit
You’ll notice in the video that I took some shots of my favorite bakery. I’m not a junk food guy, but this bakery in Poulsbo is one of the best bakeries I’ve ever seen, or should I say tasted. Everything they bake is so fresh, it’s irresistible.
Of course, there’s a lot of unique shops downtown Poulsbo that are really fun to walk through. And my favorite would be coffee shops, and there are plenty. And here’s the great news for those of us living in Sequim. We’re only about an hour’s pleasant drive to Poulsbo.
