Buyers like good Sequim virtual tours. When a buyer is looking at a home for sale online, he or she wants to know what the home really looks like and what the surrounding area looks like. Good photographs are critical, but a virtual tour can help tremendously. Sequim Homes listed for sale often will have what is called a “Sequim virtual tour.” People may think of a virtual as a video tour, but they are not necessarily the same.
Most agents across the country, and Sequim agents too, use a subscription service that simply views the still digital photos and gives viewers the impression of a camera moving back and forth on the photos. With a little music, what is nothing more than a few still photos is entertaining, sort of. Most of my clients tell me that they prefer a real video.
There’s another reason Sequim real estate virtual tours are important to buyers from far away. Have you ever looked at some skimpy photos and wondered about all that was not in the photos? After viewing Sequim listings online, clients will often ask me to take photos or videos of areas not represented by the Sequim MLS photos or “Sequim virtual tour.” What is behind the house? What is around the neighborhood? What does the view look like? Where is the kitchen with respect to the dining room with respect to the living room?
If you are looking at a home online in the MLS and you can’t see enough from the photos or the “Sequim virtual tour” that is there, you can always email me or call me, and if I’m your buyer’s agent, or I might be, I’ll be delighted to go get you good photos or video that you need in order to narrow down your list of possible homes.
