Sequim home sales have slowed down. That’s not front page news. But what have home sales done from month to month in the past year? Here is a graphic of monthly sales of site built homes in Sequim from June of 2007 through June of 2008. Click on this graphic to enlarge.
It is an interesting coincidence that 28 homes were sold in June of 07 and in June of 08. They say that statistics don’t lie, only statisticians. Still a look at this chart is encouraging, since it does show us that buyers are still buying to the tune 28, plus or minus, homes every month.
