Buyers are still coming to Sequim, mostly retirees who have been planning to purchase their retirement homes outside the metropolis they live in now in California or Arizona (or the heat and hurricanes of Texas). They are in smaller numbers than 2005 through 2007, but they are still buying.
Real estate agents are leaving the business all over the country, but those of us who are professionals with longevity are here to stay to help buyers find their ideal home or lot.
