Diamond Point may have more extraordinary water views than nearly any other area around Sequim. That’s because Diamond Point is a point jutting out into Discovery Bay, and so many of the properties have high bluff or beachfront water views. This view is from the deck of a home that will soon be on the market. If you enjoy a good cup of coffee or tea or wine, and relaxing on a deck on a sunny day, you would love this location.
Diamond Point Water Views Everywhere
Diamond Point is a beautiful area, and there is a boat launch for Diamond Point residents. There is also a private runway for residents who have small airplanes. In fact, many homeowners near the runway have their own hangar for their plane attached to their home.
Diamond Point and Sequim
Diamond Point is not for everyone, because it is a 15 minute drive to Sequim. For some retirees, that is a little too far from downtown Sequim shopping. Finding homes in Diamond Point in the MLS is hard, because listing brokers use different geographic information when they input the listing, so they don’t all show up by searching for “Diamond Point” properties. The best approach is too use the MLS map search. You can drag the map to the east to the place where Diamond Point extends into Discovery Bay, and on the map all the listings will show up with little blue boxes, and when you click on a box, you can pull up the full listing information.
