This list of homes for sale includes site built homes from $400,000 to $500,000 on the market for less than 14 days. As of today, there are 6 homes on this list.
This final list of homes includes site built homes from $500,000 to $2,000,000 on the market for less than 14 days. As of today, there are only 4 homes on this list.
You can do the same search for homes that have been on the market without the time limitation, and just about any combination of parameters of your choosing. The home in the photo above is one I just sold. More about that home in a later article.
