How to Know if a Sequim MLS Property is a Good Price

You’ve been looking at property in the Sequim MLS.  You’ve filtered through so many Sequim MLS properties, your beginning to wonder if you can find the perfect home. Searching online is great, but the online listings don’t always give you a clear picture of the property.  Not only are many Sequim MLS listings missing photos (or they have poor photos), but the data sheets are cold and impersonal. There’s very little narrative that helps you get a good “picture” of a property you might like, and few listings have good virtual tours.

This is the best Sequim MLS site online, and you’ll find it at Sequim MLS Listings.  It includes Sequim and Port Angeles properties and all the surrounding communities.  This is a good starting place, but once you’ve found some great Sequim MLS properties you want to view (save them as favorites), you may still need to get questions answered about the property and its value.  How can you know if a Sequim MLS property is listed at a good price, and how can you know more about the property itself?
