You’ve been looking at property in the Sequim MLS. You’ve filtered through so many Sequim MLS properties, your beginning to wonder if you can find the perfect home. Searching online is great, but the online listings don’t always give you a clear picture of the property. Not only are many Sequim MLS listings missing photos (or they have poor photos), but the data sheets are cold and impersonal. There’s very little narrative that helps you get a good “picture” of a property you might like, and few listings have good virtual tours.
This is the best Sequim MLS site online, and you’ll find it at Sequim MLS Listings. It includes Sequim and Port Angeles properties and all the surrounding communities. This is a good starting place, but once you’ve found some great Sequim MLS properties you want to view (save them as favorites), you may still need to get questions answered about the property and its value. How can you know if a Sequim MLS property is listed at a good price, and how can you know more about the property itself?
Sequim MLS Answers
There are two great ways to get answers to your questions about a specific Sequim property. The first way to get an answer is to just pick up your phone and call me (Chuck) at 360-775-5424. Clients call me from all four corners of the country to ask about a specific listing, and a surprising number of times I’ve already shown that particular property more than once and can describe it in great detail.

The second way to get answers to questions is to email me at chuckmarunde@gmail.com about a property you like. Be sure to include the address and if you have the MLS number, include that too. I’ll answer your questions, and if I’ve seen the property and am familiar with the neighborhood, I’ll give you full details about your Sequim MLS property.

We enjoyed this article, because it specifically answered a question we’ve had about buying Sequim real estate, and we’re grateful for the free information you give away on this blog. God bless you!
