“Is now a good time to buy a home in Sequim?” “Are prices going to go down anymore?” These are questions clients ask me a lot lately. In fact, these are questions clients have been asking for a couple of years now. I answered this question with a careful analysis of the Sequim real estate market and prices over a year ago. I realized my answer was as true today as when I recorded this video, so here it is for those who have never watched it.
