This Sequim custom home is under construction and is shapiung up as it approaches completion. A new home is like a puzzle. While it is being built in the early phases, you can’t see what the final product will look like, except to look at the plans, like looking at the cover the puzzle box. What you can see while a home is being built, if you know what to look for, is quality in materials used and in the labor.
This home is being built by Sequim custom home builder Rick Anderson. Rick told me that, “a custom home doesn’t mean expensive. It means a quality home built the way you want it.” You can see more of Rick Anderson’s homes at RickAndersonHomes.com. And if you’d like to walk through this home now while it is under construction, I’d be glad to walk you through it. I love looking at homes, and if you’re thinking about having a home built, you might enjoy walking through this home. The tour is free. I just need to call the owners and get their permission.

Rick does look like he builds a nice home with quality materials, less of the flash and trash PerGranTeel that many builders were throwing in during the housing boom. I am bearish on land prices and housing prices right now, but when the time is right, Rick might be the man I call.
