I represented the buyer in the purchase of the home in this photo, and this is an excellent example of how so many Sequim homes are unique. This home has a beautiful panoramic mountain view from all the windows on the south side, and this home is bright and sunny inside with so many windows facing south. That’s more square feet than some retirees will want, but with our mild climate, one can close doors or a section of the home to reduce heat bills.
