Fine Gardening Magazine loves this Sequim home. There’s one Sequim home that is so beautifully landscaped, it will appear in the September issue of Fine Gardening Magazine. Owner and Master Gardener Donna Tetiva shared what makes her picture perfect landscaped property so extraordinary.
Fine Gardening Magazine Writes About Sequim Home
What does a Master Gardener do to create a landscaped yard worthy of Fine Gardening Magazine? Many things, but click on the photo above to go directly to photographer Ann Stratton’s image with designated zones showing what is planted and where it is planted. [See Fine Gardening Magazine landscape plan.] I can personally testify that seeing what Donna has planted and nurtured is a wonderful experience. Learning the names of the plants can be challenging, at least for amateurs: Russian Sage, Gilt Edge Silverberry, Victoria California Lilac, Autumn Joy Stonecrop, Foxtail Lily, Complicata Rose, Mediterranean Spurge, and Skyrocket Juniper.
Fine Gardening Magazine – Also an Extraordinary Home
This Sequim water view home is one of the most beautiful luxury homes in Sequim. It has the best of locations with a panoramic water view of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, a prestigious gated community, and a five acre lot with the home majestically poised on the highest view point. Would you like to see what this home looks like inside? I thought so.
Fine Gardening Magazine – Home With a Sequim Water View
As if being selected to appear in Fine Gardening Magazine isn’t enough, this home also has one of the most beautiful panoramic water views on the Olympic Peninsula. Standing on the deck you can look out over Sequim Bay and the Strait, and on a clear day Mount Baker rises above the horizon to the North in all its majesty. Whether you’re a Master Gardener or a gardener without a green thumb, I can guarantee you’ll love the kitchen, which was also designed by Donna Tetiva with every feature a chef would want in his own kitchen. The September/October issue of Fine Gardening Magazine (on the shelves July 31st) will include the full article of this beautifully landscaped Sequim home.
