This Sequim Real Estate Group or online Community is new, but eventually you’ll find others like yourself who are doing their research and asking questions you have, and those questions will be answered by a 29 year Sequim veteran and real estate expert as well as other members of the group who once were thinking about moving to Sequim but eventually did and now live here. This is a membership only community, meaning that you can register yourself, but you must be approved by our administrator before you can participate online in the group. This means the group is safe and it is monitored carefully for appropriate questions and answers. It’s a place for honest answers, but not the kind of venom we see spewed on social media today. It is a positive and friendly forum and meant to help answer questions as well as encourage people in positive ways. This doesn’t mean answers to tough questions are anything less than 100% accurate. Members need truthful answers, even if that means raining on someone’s parade with the truth, but misrepresentations and exaggerations will be recognized and removed by our 29-year resident administrator.
Sequim Real Estate Community is Private and Secure
Privacy and security are extremely important, and this online community is totally private and secure. It is not open to the public, and the public can never access this community or the threads on this community. The public also does not have access to see who the members are. You will not be visible to the public, and only your questions or comments will be visible to other approved members. And here’s something else you can do if you really feel the need to be anonymous. You can use a pseudonym (a fictitious name) and an unrecognizable email address if you feel the need. This is not necessary for the vast majority of us who will participate in this community, because this community is already private and revealing your name to other members is like meeting other retirees in the area and introducing yourself with your real name. You wouldn’t normally introduce yourself with a fake name. However, if you are famous and wealthy, as several of my past clients have been, you are welcome to remain anonymous in this community. Frankly, retirees in the Sequim area don’t bother asking famous people for autographs anyway, and not to sound impolite, but we don’t care if someone was famous and wealthy. Even if you are famous, if you used your real name, no one would care or bother you.
