A new and powerful Sequim real estate MLS site is now online, and if you’re considering retiring to the Sequim or Port Angeles area, you’ll love how this new Sequim real estate MLS site is easy to use and how great the photos and graphics are. For all my buyers who love my old MLS site, that site remains online and is still very powerful and easy to use. The old MLS site has some great functionality and includes both the OLS (Olympic Listing Service) and the NWMLS (Northwest MLS). The New MLS site includes the OLS, which is what all the local listing agents use to post their listings.
Sequim Real Estate MLS Video
I’ve created a short video that will show you how to use this new Sequim Real Estate MLS site, but of course, you’ll want to browse it yourself to see how it can help you find your ideal retirement home. Tip for watching this video: You can enlarge the video for easy viewing by enlarging your browser. You can enlarge your browser by holding down the control key and the shift + key, or zoom in from the “View” drop down menu. Of course, you can also click on the “Youtube” link on the bottom right of the video which appears once you start playing the video, and you will be taken to YouTube where the video is also larger.
Sequim Real Estate MLS
The site will allow you to create very specific search parameters for your Sequim home (or Port Angeles home), and you can set up email alerts to notify you of new listings that fit your search as well as price reduction notifications. And this new Sequim Real Estate MLS site will show you when homes are pending or under contract right on the main listing photo. This is a great feature. Instead of having to email me to ask if a home is still available, now you can see yourself in a second.
The site is easy to bookmark when you go to Sequim-Homes.com. As with all the information and tools we put on the Internet for clients, this is another example of how we are constantly improving and upgrading our services for buyers. If you enjoy this new Sequim real estate MLS site, do let me know.
