I love showing waterfront homes, and there are some gorgeous homes on the market as you can see from the links above. But there is a challenge that nearly every buyer runs into. I showed several waterfront homes yesterday to clients, and their comments were very similar to comments other waterfront buyers regularly make. Each client has features they want in a home, and one home will have some of the features they love but not others. Then as they look at another waterfront home, it has some features the other home did not have but not some of the features they really love. Buyers often wish they could mix and match to get their ideal waterfront home.

Unfortunately, waterfront homes are in limited supply on the Olympic Peninsula, and to say the obvious, the best waterfront locations and views are expensive.
